My wife, Linda, and I needed to have our existing RO system serviced. The company that had been doing that service had went out of business. So we contacted Desert Mountain Water. From the very beginning when we contacted the company they were very professional and friendly. When Rex arrived to do the service he explained to us that our existing system was a proprietary RO developed for the old company. He set us up with a new five stage RO, when our old system was a four stage, for a very reasonable rate and the installation was a breeze as Rex definitely knows his business! That following evening I flushed my hot water tank after talking with Rex about how often that should be done. Somehow the pressure relief valve failed and was leaking water out of the pipe that runs to the outside of the house if the pressure relief valve does go off. I called Rex the next morning and he was on a job. But he said that he would squeeze us in and he showed up within a couple of hours and replaced the valve in a very timely manner and as always with a very professional and positive attitude! I think this company and Rex are a pleasure to work with! And you can be guaranteed an excellent job that they will stand behind on their work! I would highly recommend them to anybody needing water system repairs or new systems installed! Thank you Desert Mountain Water for the fantastic service.

He's very well knowledged, honest, and is always concerned about what is best for the customer. He's thorough with his work, offers great suggestions and tips, and has fair prices. I cannot even begin to describe the gratitude I feel for this company, especially Lonnie King who has been the most pleasant and knowledgeable professional to ever enter my home. I have a problem with an exiting water softener and RO system that was installed from a different company. I’ve called that company many times mentioning that I don’t think my water is tasting right and it just feels like I’m showering in the Pacific Ocean and the RO is not drinkable. That company decided to tell me that I’m just too sensitive and never tested my water. Something in me decided to call Desert Mountain to get an unbiased opinion and am I glad that I did. Poor Mr King tasted my ocean water over and over again until we figured out what can be done in this unusual situation. Just the effort alone is a breath of fresh air.
